What's all this then?
I built PostToast originally as a way to help other runners decide what to eat after going for a long run. Then I realized all my best post-run meals involved toast in some way. Which makes sense, because toast is the best.
Seriously. You can make it in a few minutes, customize it however you want, and it's full of delicious carbohydrates, which your body needs.
So I made this into a tool for anyone who wants to make the perfect slice of toast. You can even share your creation on social or email it to a friend.
